Filings desk

What we set aside

One proxy and governance filing was reviewed and dropped — board mechanics without a market catalyst. Five filings fell outside the 36-hour freshness window. BRK.B, PM, and WELL were examined; none produced substantive news.

The desk is watching Friday's jobs data and whether the 10-year holds below 4.80% — that threshold defined Thursday's rally and will shape the open.
